Tracks – Light My Fire/Break On Through/The Unknown Soldier/Strange Days
Extremely rare and sought after Australian EP issued by the Australian Astor Record Company in 1968. Astor had the Australian rights to the US Elektra catalogue between 1965 and 1970 and released numerous unique EP’s in this country.
This EP contains 4 major tracks from their first three albums, including the full length version of ‘Light My Fire’ (and not the single edit). Also the front utilizes the 3rd Album cover.
Not a huge seller in the day, this is becoming scarcer by the year. This was only one of two EP’s released in Australia during the Doors’ tenure.
Autographed in black texta by keyboardist (and band founder), the late Ray Manzarek in Melbourne 1995 during a promotional tour with author Danny Sugarman. I obtained the signature at a book signing.

Record = EX- (Almost perfect except a few small marks and the odd crackle).
Astor labels in excellent condition.
