Description

Strange Days, proved to be the worst selling album in the DOORS career with Morrison.  That said, this release was pressed at CSM Santa Maria (side B), and CTH Terra Haute (side A) very hard to tell which side was pressed first.  I believe Santa Maria was first then sent to Terra Haute for completion and central distribution. Also, maybe mastered by Brian Gardner, unknown.  I believe this is a 1971 reissue, from the label. Rim text is Elektra Records, 15 Columbus Circle, New York City 10023.  The album made the Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums at 409.  There are those you call this music surreal.
