Grading is based on visual inspection.
Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve.
I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

- This 2014 Record Store Day release on Red Vinyl is a reissue of the original 2003 album.
- This is one of a numbered Limited Edition of 3000 copies. However, this copy is not numbered indicating it was an in-house Promo.
- This copy has never been played.
- The Gatefold Double LP is Shrink Wrapped but I opened it to confirm and photograph the Red & Black Swirl Vinyl. the UPC is on the sticker. This Promo copy did not have a sticker.
- A 10x10 insert has images and credits.
