Description

Released in a limited edition of only 500 copies for the whole world, and comes housed in a deluxe gatefold sleeve.

After five albums, 10 years of touring and a deserved break for a rest and personal projects, The Drones present this special double LP (no CD!), "a new album of old songs". Huh? Yes, this recording is a collection of old songs re-recorded as they are seen by their authors today, or as they were expected to be back in the day. This revision of rarely-played tracks is a new introduction to the darker side of this great Australian band, one who has built (and continues building) a huge following both here and overseas. This is an absurdly rare release featuring the following songs:

FAIRFIELD WAREHOUSE SESSION

Penumbra
Sixteen Straws
The Drifting Housewife
Careful As You Go
Your Acting’s Like The End Of The World
Locust
Cold And Sober
Work For Me
Words From The Executioner To Alexander Pearce
The Best You Can Believe In
Stop Dreaming
I’m Here Now

Get it here now or order it from Australia and expect to wait a month (if you can get one) and pay as much for shipping as the record.
