Description

An original 1974 1st press of BORDER on Asylum white label. 1st pressings should be on white label. Matrix A1/B1. Stamper 1O/1H - one of the very 1st copies to roll of the press. Please note the labels are totally spot on for a GENUINE 1st Stereo from 1973. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex+) In super shape and has only seen very light careful use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of slightest marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Very delicate audio you're gonna need a clean decent copy to stand half a chance of revealing this fantastic audio to full effect. The audio is just superb - clean feed. All I could detect was a couple of ticks in one isolated spot per side. Overall - superb.
Cover (Ex/Ex+) Incredibly hard to find the white textured covers in great condition. Properly white without handling at all really - one slight creases at  opening. Spine is 99% intact with all text fully legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. Bag present. NO splits.
