Description

Original Capitol STEREO "The Early Beatles".  Released 22 March 1965.  Spizer version CAP 2309.SC1A (possibly a Capitol contract pressing) although the cover is an east coast manufacture "3".

This copy is visually graded at NM- (cover) and between VG+ to VG (record) using the visual grading standards of the Cox/Daniels "Price Guide For The Beatles American Records" (6th edition).  See my various photos of the cover and record.  A very nice copy for any Beatles collector.

Cover is in very nice shape with no tears, tape, mold, or water stains.  A minor bump at one bottom corner and partially faded initials "DMB" on the upper rear right corner above the Capitol/EMI logos.

Record has a few minor scratches and rubs and a few longer but very very shallow scratches seen only under a bright light.  The record could use a cleaning as it appears someone may have tried cleaning it in the past.  Record plays and sounds great.  No writing on the labels.

Album will be shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer for protection.  Payment is due within 3 days of the auction's end.  Great piece of rock and roll history!
