Description

You are bidding on a very rare psych album by the UK group The End, Introspection, produced by Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones and released on the London record label in the US in 1969.  This is a promotional copy of the Monarch stereo pressing of this under-appreciated pop-psych album.

Record Condition = VG+ : Play tested as a very strong VG+, very light surface noise, pops and clicks are minimal, no visible or auditory scratches, only some sleeve wear markings, all superficial and do not affect play (as evidenced by the audio samples above). The sound of the album is strong and the stereo separation is meant to be heard on a great sound system or earphones.  Matrix information is the same as the Discogs listing for this particular pressing: Side One: ZAL 8993-3 st [(MR) stamped] 7Δ 13632  Side Two: ZAL 8994-3 st [(MR) BellSound (stamped] 7 Δ 13632-X  Record labels have minimal damage, slight spindle marks and some finger print residue.  Record will be sent in a generic white sleeve, however, the original London sleeve (with some creasing and a 1 inch seam split at the bottom center) is inside of the record cover.  Beautiful copy of this album.


Cover Condition =  VG+: Some signs of shelf/storage wear to the shiny finish of the album, slight bruising to the corners, small 2 cm seam split on the top right hand corner, no other seam splits on the cover. There is some sticker residue in two places on the top right hand corner of the front cover, and it appears that someone attempted to remove the promo sticker, and thankfully thought better of it, all visible in photograph. On the back cover there is the same shelf/storage wear,very slight ring wear on the top, visible in the photo.  All in all, a very nice copy of a very rare record.
