Here is a copyright 1974 vinyl LP of "Music Excerpts from William Peter Blatty's The Exorcist". As the movie was made in 1973, the copyright date makes sense. The album has a Korvettes price sticker on it. As Korvettes went out of business in 1980 it does confirm this album is at least some 40 years old. The cover (which still has the shrink wrap) is in very good shape for being as old as it is. The corners are still pretty sharp and the mailer I use makes sure they stay that way.
I tested the record by listening to both sides using wired Sony MDR-XD100 headphones. The LP itself is in great shape. Side 1 is Mint and Side 2 Near Mint (it has two barely noticeable "tics").
