For sale is this Singapore issue original vinyl album by The Faces. Entitled Ooh La La, it contains 10 tracks (see pictures for track listing) and includes the original double-sided lyric sheet insert. It is housed in a front-laminated single sleeve without any moving parts (there was no gimmick sleeve in Singapore. On the Warner Bros label, the catalogue number is BS 2655 and the date of issue is 1973.
Condition
The vinyl is only in Fair condition visually but both sides play through with no jumps or sticks so it would do as a filler until a better copy comes along, although it's not one you see very often.
The labels are in Excellent condition, clean and bright with clear, perfect printing and just a few light spindle marks.
The printed lyric sheet insert is only in Good condition with some marks and a couple of bits of damage at the bottom (see pics).
The front-laminated cover is in Very Good Minus condition with just slight edge and corner wear and a bit of grubbiness on the unlaminated back but unfortunately someone has stuck sellotape along the bottom edge instead of just regluing the tab (see pics). The spine is complete with clear printing.
All vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system, the long established UK standard, with any specific flaws mentioned along with the grading. They are sent in custom-made mailers, with built-in or added stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits. Singles without a picture sleeve will either have a plain sleeve or a correct-era original (not repro) record company sleeve (stated above). Original record company sleeves may not be the exact sleeve issued with the single so may have a different catalogue number hand-written in the corner but they will be the correct design for the single. They may have a bit of wear, writing, stickers, sticker marks etc but will be in a generally good, useable condition without edge splits or sellotape.
