First pressing with deleted cover image of Mark Morris. This image was used without his permission. While he did not force the band to destroy existing copies of the first pressing, he asked that subsequent pressings not use his likeness. All later pressings used band member Dapose instead of Morris on the front cover.Printed inner sleeve has this section: "On the cover: Mark Morris from One Charming Night, a danse piece based on a book about vampires." (White text in the middle lower section)
