Track listing by request

I grade all my records aurally, playing them all the way through, sometimes twice to make sure I’ve missed nothing. I don’t grade by appearance.

Vinyl: EX, Just some very faint surface noise at times. Overall the sound is bright and clear. No scratches, pops, clicks or skips.

Booklet: VG, This is 12” x 12” with 24 pages of good quality paper, plus a stiff card cover. There is light discolouration on the front, and inside the cover, but no other defects. No creases, tears or writing. Inside are many photos and the track listing. There is a history of the Fillmore, and a list of members of the Fillmore Family 1965-1971. Some of the original posters are shown and there is a list of all the shows that were put on.

Box: VG, The lower part has some light marks and some spots of discolouration inside. The lid has some scuffing along the sides and corners. One side of the lid has parted slightly on the corners.

Inner Sleeves: VG,  Original clear sleeves.

Labels: EX.

Poster: EX, This has always been kept in the box and has never been displayed. It is printed on one side and measures 28” x 22” when unfolded.

Tickets: VG-, One for Jefferson Airplane, Charlatans and Blue Cheer. The other is for Albert King and The Electric Flag. These are intact but suffer from discolouration, particularly on the back.

Record Collector Rare Price Guide - Grading System

(M) MINT: -

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality.

The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

(EX) EXCELLENT: -

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.

The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

(VG) VERY GOOD: -

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.

Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

(G) GOOD: -

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.

The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

(F) FAIR: -

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.

The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

(P) POOR: -

The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc.

The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

(B) BAD: -

The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
