Insert has a Steve's phone number written on back in marker. Possibly Steve Miller the vocalist.  The handwriting looks very close to that of the liner notes. 

Vinyl: NM-, barely a mark on side one.  Side Two has a couple hairlines.

Sounds: Side1: NM to Mint, plays just about perfectly
Side 2: NM- Track one plays with some light surface noise and a few light pops inherent in press.  Otherwise NM 
Sleeve: NM, some light creasing, but its a paper sleeve.  Remarkably clean for it's age
Insert is NM to Mint. 
This is about as clean a copy you are ever likely to see.
