Description
Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted.
Grading is based on visual inspection.
Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve.
I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.
- Here's a perfect example of an album that was a critical and commercial failure when it was released and today it is a classic in it's genre.
- This album also features the first recording of "Wild Horses".
- It was Gram Parsons last record with the group. He was fired after this album. You probably know the rest of the story.
- This copy has spindle marks that indicate it was only played 2 or 3 times. The playing surfaces are clean.
- The record is on thick vinyl with the tan A&M label.
- The paper on board cover has tight seams and shows no wear.
- The inner sleeve has the candle holder on one side and A&M catalog photos on the other. There is a split at the bottom.
- The Seller got this new in his store in 1970. It has been in storage for 45 years.
