Jazz music lovers, here is your chance to own The Franklin Mint Record Society " Greatest Jazz Recordings of All Time " collection. This is the rare edition recorded on audio cassettes.
The collection is a 7 box set of 28 audio cassettes that show very little use. 5 of the tapes have never been open and are still in their cellophane wrappers.
Also included in the collection are hand signed informational letters of recommendation from the Institute of Jazz Studies signed by Dan Morgenstern Dir. and a welcome letter from the Vice Pres. / Dir. Stanley Walker of the Franklin Mint Record Society.
Six of the box sets also include full size booklets that describe the history of the music and Bios of the Artist.

Box Set #6 .... Tapes 21 - 24 ... "Duke Ellington Great Jazz Classics" The recordings in this collection survey the whole spectrum of Ellingtonia, from orchestral masterpieces to small group gams and showcases his remarkable piano playing.
box Set #7 .... Tapes 25 - 28 ... "Great Jazz Inventors" This is a unopened set of four tapes with Miles Davis, Charles Mingus and Thelonious Monk who are recognized among the greatest inventors of modern jazz.

Payment: is due no later than 2 calendar days after Auction closes or after clicking Buy-It-Now. We will send an invoice after the auction closes. In the event payment is not made within 2 days Ebay will automatically generate a unpaid items case from the resolution center.

If a buyer desires to return the item, we will consider authorizing returns on a case by case basis and only if the condition of the item has been grossly overstated.
