The Fred Astaire Story SIGNED 4 LP 1952 - No. 7 of 1384 - No Lithographs
The item has a lot of wear. I'd consider it to be in acceptable condition. The pages in the middle are in good condition but the ones on the end have stains/ink bleeding and some have wrinkles. The page with the signature is in good shape with only few marks. The first felt page has tears at the top and bottom of the coil binding. Several segments of the coil are also broken. The final page is heavily stained.
The cover has what appears to be water stains on the front and back. There are also a lot of the marks. The text on the spine is heavily faded. The cover is not adhered to the spine, although that may have been by design, but I could be mistaken.

The four vinyl are accounted for. They have some scratches with each subsequent vinyl having less scratches, with the final one being nearly scratch free. They are untested.
The lithographs are not included.
