The Gods - Genesis  (Columbia SCX 6286, stereo, UK 1968)

Ultra rare original 1st stereo pressing of this pre-Uriah Heep heavy Mod Psych Freakbeat classic. Black Columbia labels with blue-silver lettering, stamped matrix numbers YAX 3676-1 (side 1) resp. YAX 3677-1 (side 2), company inner sleeve (some writing on 1 side), flipback sleeve with laminated front. Has become soo rare esp. in fine condition like this one, so there is a modest reserve - good luck!!

Condition record:   NM  (only few hardly visible hairlines not affecting playing, vinyl looks somewhat shadowy but plays superb on my Linn turntable (mostly close to mint!), will be difficult to get better than this one...)

All items are send in solid cardboard packing, I don´t use flimsy wrappers or aircraft pockets. Vinyl (protected by inner sleeve) will be removed from jacket to prevent seam splits.

Grading: All items are graded visually (under strong light source) and acoustically (at least spot checked). I use the standard grading system (M/NM/EX/VG/G...) to give an overall impression of the item´s condition added by a more precise statement of all occurring defects. I´ll only grade a record (or cover)as MINT if it is visually immaculate and unplayed (or if I´m sure that it was only played 2 or 3 times).
