The Grateful Dead  "Aoxomoxoa"

This is an original US vinyl pressing on WB 1790 from 1969.       It is a stereo white label promo copy of their third album.      This promo was only pressed in very limited numbers when the album was first issued.     Today they are very hard to find.     The music is early psych.   It has an amazing cover by Rick Griffin.     There is a cool black and white photo of the band on the back cover  ( Courtney Love is in there too).   They released one single ( Dupree's Diamond Blues/Cosmic Charlie)  from this album, but it did not chart.

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG /  Record is M-

The cover is VG.    There is light ring wear .   There is clear tape on the top seam about 4 inches long.    The top and bottom right corners are bent slightly.   There is an initial written on the back cover at bottom right.    There are no promo markings on the cover.    The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint.    The initials ( P. Z. ) are written on both labels.     There are no spindle marks on the labels.  The record comes in a WB inner sleeve. 

The songs are : St.Stephen, Dupree's Diamond Blues, Rosemary, Doin' That Rag, Mountains Of The Moon, China Cat Sunflower, What's Become Of The Baby, and Cosmic Charlie.

I have been buying and selling records for more than 25 years.  I sell records at all Northwest record conventions and at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.

I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.    One sheet is 3/4 inch thick triple strength industrial cardboard.   The other sheet is 1/4 inch double strength cardboard.   Together they are very strong and unbendable.   ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! )  It will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship.   US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US priority or Media Mail.    All US winners will get shipping through Paypal with a tracking number.      Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International.   I will let you know the date I mailed your record and the US customs number.   ( Buyers from Italy must assume all risks for shipping to their country. )     I will remove the record from the cover and place them in a plastic bag.   I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM.)   I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.   There are no handling charges.    This record is from a no smoking and no pets home.
