Record is VG+/VG++,  some light scuffs, hairlines, overall pretty clean and glossy. Plays great with very little surface noise and very few if any pops or clicks that I can hear (audio file is from this actual copy of the record so you can hear exactly what it sounds like and "play grade" it yourself). labels pretty clean except for some black marker on B-side. King company sleeve is in pretty nice shape, some creases etc (see photos for details). One seam is split in the middle, one has the beginnings of a split, bottom seam is intact.
