This item is a promotional 12 inch single released in 1976 on Monument Records by The Hamilton Affair containing the song ‘How Can I Keep In Touch With You’ (4:58) b/w ‘How Can I Keep In Touch With You’ (7:51). Record label and number is Monument Records D12-2. 4:58 side of the record is in VG condition with many hairline scuffs in one area of the vinyl on this side. Most of the scuffs are in the trail off area but there are some scuffs at the beginning of the song. When the record was played there was some surface noise for about a minute at the beginning of the song. After the first minute the song played fine and sounded great. The 7:51 side is in excellent condition with no issues. White promo labels are clean with no writing or spindle wear. Record comes housed in a white generic die cut cover.
