You are bidding on this Ultra Rare Signed Garage 45 RPM single by The Haunted (The Hunted) "1-2-5" b/w "Eight O'Clock This Morning" on Quality Records 1814X from 1966, Canadian.

This is the very first release of only 3 45's ever pressed on the Quality Records Label by this great killer garage group. This is the ultra rare misspelled band name label version.  Only 200 copies were ever pressed with this error. This copy is also signed and initialed as lead singer John Monk and rhythm guitarist Jergen Peter. Very few near mint copies exist today because they were played to death. This copy is the exception.

Contrary to popular belief, the unedited version of 1-2-5 was not recorded on this misspelled label release. It was only recorded on the U.S Bell Label 45 release.

This is the same phenominal garage group that brought you one of Canada's rarest all time monster 1967 garage Lp release on the Trans World Label.

Known for many other classic 45 garage releases on the Trans World, Mark II and Jet Records Labels,  this Montreal band produced great B- sided tracks on each release.

The B-side to this 45 entitled " Eight O'Clock This Morning " is a fuzzed out killer punk monster gem that is totally maxed out with riveting and overtweeked electric guitar riffs with raw and primitive haunting vocals.

The true value of this item lies with the signed history behind it as well as the extremely rare near mint condition of the 45. 

Both labels are super clean, bright and crisp and the vinyl retains all it's original high gloss except for one almost invisible paper sleeve mark. The matching original Quality sleeve is also almost like new.

The sound quality is exceptional considering that all Quality Label pressings carried some background noise.

A very reasonable reserve bid is being offered based on the above mentioned history and the overall condition of this extremely rare item
