Description

The Higsons Run Me Down 1 sided 7" acetate 2 Tone Fast Show Specials Madness.

This 7" acetate was made in advance of the second Two Tone single by indie funk pop The Higsons (featuring Charlie Higson of the Fast Show) and Terry Edwards (of pretty much everything)) 


This item is 1 sided and was produced by PRT Studios


It comes in a plain white sleeve. The commercial release had catalogue number CHS TT24. It came out in 1983 and, in common with all the later 2 Tone releases, it failed to chart.


NB AS WITH ALL ACETATES THIS IS FOR COLLECTORS ONLY. BUYERS SHOULD NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO REGULARLY PLAY IT. 


I am reluctantly selling this item from my own 2 Tone collection and will also be listing some other rare 2 Tone items soon. 


I have not regularly sold on eBay for years, but if you look at my feedback you will see that I collect Terry Hall and Viz Comic and have a really good feedback record.


Regardless of what the listing may say, it is my intention to post this item within the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery to make sure both the buyer and I are covered if the item is damaged or lost in transit. There will be no extra cost to the buyer for this. I will not post overseas because it is now too complicated now the UK from has changed from being part of the EU to Rest of the World.
