Description
Welcome to my auction! I'm downsizing and parting with many favorite possessions. The items I auction are from my extensive personal collection - I'm a bit of a pack rat!!! These treasures have come to me from friends, family and second-hand purchases. Some have lived with me for eons, others mere months or years. Items may have been exposed to smokers and certainly to pets - my companions Princess Snowball (kitty) and Sisko the Big Black Lab. Amazing Hobbit Collection
This is the original boxed set of the soundtrack for the Rankin/Bass production of the Hobbit. I think this was sold in the mid seventies. Includes the box, 2 vinyl albums in original sleeves, large gorgeously illustrated story book, a folded 22" x 24" poster and a sheet with 4 iron on transfers of characters from the movie. The albums look shiny new, I don't believe they have ever been played. Poster, book and transfers are all in fine condition, without damage. The box is in decent condition for it's age with scuffing on all surfaces and one tear on edge. Feel free to contact me with questions. I love to combine shipping for winners of multiple auctions! I ship primarily through USPS priority mail w/delivery confirmation, but for most auctions will offer at least one less expensive alternative. Books can be sent media mail, if preferred. Larger items will be shipped thru other carriers to save you $. I do not profit from inflated shipping charges, you pay what it actually costs. Insurance is included for all glass and pottery. If you would like insurance for other items please let me know before paying so I can adjust your invoice. International bidders, please contact me prior to bidding for shipping quote.
I endeavor to describe items carefully and provide photos of the actual item on offer. Unless otherwise noted all items are used and vintage and will have some expected signs of use. Please feel free to contact me with any questions prior to bidding. A refund will only be offered if my description is substantially flawed and upon receipt of the returned item. I will refund only the actual winning bid.
