This album is extremely rare STEREO format and is less common than the popular mono pressing.
first press matrix and mother stamps.
Still retains a pristine outer sleeve & vinyl.
Butterfly is the second of two 1967 albums by The Hollies. It was also the last new Hollies album to feature Graham Nash, who went on to become one of the founder band members of Crosby, Still, Nash & Young.

Outer cover:
The original front laminated GARROD LOFTHOUSE outer sleeve remains in absolute mint condition, free from all unwanted writing, ring ware, scuffing, edge ware or any other damage, LAMINATE FRONT REMAINS UNDAMAGED, no peeling, creasing, cracking or any kind damage. \see \picture.
the spine of the outer sleeve remains uncrushed and fully legible.
The back of the outer sleeve again remains in mint condition, clean unstained and crisp. See Picture.
This album has been stored in a plastic protective sleeve all it’s life and remains in Excellent condition +++.
Vinyl labels: The two spotless yellow & Black Parlophone labels show no signs of ware, scuffing, with just a very light whisper of spindle marking. See pictures.
The vinyl playing surfaces look almost un-played and have a very very high glossy finish with just a very very slight sign of sleeve removal marking.
All in all I grade this whole package as Excellent ++ and no need to ever up date this one .
There’s not much you can say about this album, as it is a perfect first pressing in superb condition.
I am sorry to say my camera dose not do this album justice but I have done the best I can, I doubt if the winning bidder will be disappointed with this album.
I will be selling another Hollies album after I see how this one goes.
This will be the album: Evolution.
So keep an eye out for another Hollies rare collectors piece.
