1969 The Hopper Brothers & Connie Try A Little Kindness Southern Gospel Christian Vinyl LP Record
Record Grade per Goldmine Standard: VG
There is no replacement for hard work, no substitute for dedication, no true and lasting happiness outside the joy of knowing Jesus Christ as Saviour. These three lessons were learned and accepted many years ago by the Hopper Brothers and Connie. When I was a teenager, they would come to homecomings, reunions, and camp meetings, singing Gospel Songs Family Style. Their singing was not as polished in those early days as it is now. Back then, the more accomplished musicians may have scoffed. But, by applying hard work, dedication, and serving their God, The Hopper Brothers and Connie have experienced continued growth until they are now known and loved by millions all over the Eastern United States. Through their regular appearances in concerts, churches, television and radio, they have left their mark on the hearts and minds of their audiences. As you listen to this album, you’ll hear and feel the sincere way The Hopper Brothers and Connie interpret a gospel song. After listening, I believe you’ll be motivated to put to use their title song, “Try A Little Kindness”. Tom Bodenhamer SIDE I TRY A LITTLE KINDNESS LET ME ERA Y WHY SHOULD I WORRY OR FRET?
