First Pressing with RVG and EAR (plastylite "P") Stamps in the dead wax !!!

Back cover bears the 43 W 61st address. 

Complete with Original Blue Note Records Inner Sleeve !!!

Sleeve is in VG++ Condition (has a tax code stamp and a number written on the back, see pics).

Vinyl is in VG++ Condition.
