Description

This is a Mint copy of the Imperials that recorded for Savoy records in Newark. Released only on 78rpm was later reissued by Buzzy Lubinsky.

This group thought to be from Newark or Harlem is the same group that recorded as the Ambassadors on the Timely record label.

If you listen closely to My Darling and Darling I’m Sorry you can hear the same lead voice, especially at the end of each.
