Polydor 1983
Superb bringing together of the prolific but shortlived history of The Jam, released a year after the band went out on a high with their final studio album, the Gift. With extensive sleeve notes, two albums crammed full of as many tracks as possible, a bonus live 7" and a merchandise sheet - all sealed with a sticker at the opening edge, this was a 'no expenses spared' release and, 40 years later, the original is becoming more and more sought after as the band's popularity continues to soar. This copy comes 'fully loaded' and even has the complete sticker, opened only to release the contents. All in stunning condition throughout.
VINYL:
Both vinyls appear barely played, seeming almost as new. I noticed one light mark on 'Smithers-Jones' but this doesn't affect the audio at all and it plays through beautifully throughout. Near Mint.
SLEEVE:
A superb example. Gatefold sleeve with gloss finish and no wear. The sticker originally used to seal the contents is still attached and pristine. Opened but never removed. Near Mint.
INNER/INSERTS:
Both printed inners are Near Mint, apperaing barely touched. The 7" live single is also Near Mint, appearing unplayed, and the merchandise sheet is also included and has some slight creasing at the bottom edge. Superb copy throughout.
