Description
Vinyl is super-clean and grades VG++ visually, with only some random, very faint hairline paper scuffs. Labels are nice and clean. Both sides were fully and carefully play-graded all the way through on a Technics 1200 with proper tracking and cartridge alignment. GREAT mono mix! Fascinating to hear these in mono, and sadly, there is no CD release that includes these original mono mixes other than an SACD release that's out of print. The highs are crisp, there are no pops or clicks. Some very quiet portions or intros of songs have faintly audible light surface noise, but it's not audible otherwise, and is to be expected given the vinyl formulations that were used in the 60's for "pop" and "rock" pressings. Matching jacket that's different from other Terre Haute pressings because of the "4" printed on the lower right corner on the back. The "4" is sleeve fabricator identification for Imperial Packing, Indianapolis, IN. The jacket is in excellent condition with no obvious wear on the laminates, no seam-splitting or significant wear, and the only significant issue is the lower left corner-bumping, and 2 other corners have tiny bumps, see my photos. I entered the etched dead-wax matrix numbers in the item specifics field, and included a photo, such as it is, of the stamped T in the dead-wax on either side.
I will double-box this to protect the corners and will ship it via USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE with $200 insurance, or via Priority if you prefer. International shipping is available via eBay's services and that pricing will be displayed to international buyers.
I've been buying and selling vinyl and CDs on eBay and in real-life for decades.
