The Jimi Hendrix Experience - Electric Ladyland - Track 613008 & 613009
This is the infamous 'nudes' version, which ebay won't normally allow to be shown - though I will gladly provide photos of outer sleeve if required. Glossy double LP outer sleeve and early pressing discs with A1 / B2 & A1 / B2 matrix numbers. Unusually, the later record number, 2657 001, is printed on a label attached to the fore-edge of inner right panel (see picture), and the printer's credit shows 'Printed and made by Ernest J Day & C0. Ltd., London W.11.
Vinyl:
Glossy, clean discs with some marks and clear labels - no nasty surprises with all four sides playing very well indeed. But a good clean is recommended.
Disc 1
Side A: VG+ Glossy, clean surface with a few light marks. Backgroud noise very quiet indeed, only really shows itself between tracks . A couple of light ticks. Plays very well indeed overall.
Side D: VG+ Glossy, clean surface with a few light marks. Backgroud noise very quiet indeed, and only really shows itself between tracks. A couple of light ticks to T1. Plays very well indeed overall.
Disc 2
Side B: VG Glossy clean surface, but there are more marks than disc 1. Marks however, are light, non-feelable, and do disappear into the tracks when tilted to a certain angle in point source light. Barely noticeable background noise that only really shows itself between tracks and at the begining of T1. T1 also has a light 'tick' at the very begining, along with a few other lighter or less audible 'ticks' throughout; T2 also has a few light 'ticks' to begining. Plays very well indeed overall.
Side C: VG+ Glossy clean surface, fewer marks than side B. Though marks are light, non-feelable, and do disappear into the tracks when tilted to a certain angle in point source light. Overall quieter than side B with barely noticeable background noise that only really show itself between tracks. T1 has a small number of light ticks; T2 has a few more though, they do not distract at all - rest of side is very quiet indeed. Plays very well indeed overall.

Side C: VG+ Very clear with some spindle trails - none are heavy, and are quite tight being mostly within the inner circle around hole.
Outer sleeve: VG/VG+- Bright and glossy with light to not-too-heavy wear to the tips of spine ends and corners. Light laminate creases here and there. Very modest ring-wear; neat opening edges with very little signs of opening - though edges of right panel do show a little contact 'lipping' due to it being the panel with opening-edges that protude more.
Overall a very decent early copy.
I use a truth-revealing bright light to reveal any likely-looking audible flaws. If any are found, a description is provided after a test-play of the relevant side. I will also test-play records on request if required. If on visual inspection no likely-looking audible flaws are found, the side generally very clear, glossy and at least little used in appearance, I will grade that side as EX or NM. However, with such grades, please bear in mind there may still be a few noticeable isolated 'ticks' or 'pops' here and there, and/or occasional mild surface noise. Although these records appear clean, I advise the purchaser to give their purchases a good clean. For test-playing, a Pioneer PL-L1000 turntable fitted with a Denon DL-160 cartridge is used.
Packaging: records wrapped and sent within thick, sturdy double-walled card arranged at cross-grain to one another for maximum rigidity - I will never use those flimsy mailers made out of thin card. Corners of package will also be rigid and well clear of corners of outer sleeve.
