Description
This is the album 'The White Room' by The KLF (also known as The Justified Ancients of Mu Mu, furthermore known as The JAMs) on vinyl LP complete with its merchandise sheet insert, released in 1991 by their label KLF Communications. Please examine the pictures to view the condition. I've owned this record since purchased new with pocket money in 1991. Definitely one of the best purchases of my life.
The outer sleeve is in good condition with cornerwear and edgewear as pictured. The inner sleeve is looking grand. The merchandise insert appears very crisp and neat. The vinyl has hairline scratches. There is a recurring pop at the beginning of side 1 which is gone by the time Black Steel's vocals begin. The rest of side 1 sounds lush to me including the quieter crowd noise. Side 2 is crackly vinyl at times throughout, and this is noticeable on 'Build a Fire' and the beginning of 'Justified & Ancient', but not really elsewhere. There is what looks like a scratch on 'No More Tears' but I can't say I notice this personally. For a record as loved as this, the vinyl is still pretty fresh, and Mark Stent's production still cuts through and fills the spectrum.
