Description

Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

 

 

This is an auction for: The KLF -  The White Room – RARE Original Vinyl LP album 1991.


Original 1991 pressing made in Germany.

PLEASE NOTE: Sleeve has visible wear and damage but record and inner are good.

Vinyl Condition: G/VG (Record has light surface marks and light sleeve lines from the paper inner sleeve but is in nice condition. Some light crackle and the odd minor pop but no sticks or jumps.  Overall good condition and plays very well).

 

Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Small nick to the left seam and light cracking to the bottom seam but not actually split. Overall nice condition).

 

Outer Sleeve Condition: Poor (Sleeve has heavy wear and damage to the top edge and spine. The top edge and spine have wear, nicks, tears and scratches. Top edge has a large approx 6cm split. Spine is also looking frayed and split. Some wear to the other edges and corners. There are some scrapes just under the "e" on the front. The back has several tear to the artwork at the top edge. Overall pretty poor in my opinion but is ok and is intact and does look ok especially if you put it in a sleeve).

 

 

 

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

 

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
