This is a pre-order and will ship as soon as it is received from the label.  Release date is solicited as January 13, 2017.

FREE SHIPPING within the United States.   Shipping and handling will initially cost $70.00 for the rest of the world.   I don't have a mail scale in the house, and I get the actual shipping cost when I go to the post office.  After I pay the actual shipping cost, if it is less than what I charged, I will give a partial refund of the difference, rounded to the nearest dollar.  If it's more, I'll eat that cost.
