Direct Disc Recording Limited Edition. SHEFFIELD LAB 3 (SL21 / SL22). This was a limited edition run in a custom box with inserts from Sheffield Lab and a fold out color insert describing the recording event.
Recorded July 29-30, 1976 at Wylie Chapel in the First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood, CA.
Special thanks to the Reverend Lloyd John Ogilvie and Ted Behr (First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood).
Appears in the Recommended Jazz LPs column on p. 70 of the February 12, 1977 issue of Billboard.

CODE Vinyl Gradings M Mint: Absolutely perfect in every way. Unused. NM Near Mint: The vinyl looks glossy and clearly has only been played a few times. There are no marks on the vinyl. EX Excellent: Odd very light marks where the vinyl has been in and out of the inner sleeve a few times, or small signs of use generally. VG+ Very Good+ Further faults are acceptable, but these dont compromise the record visually or audibly. A little rub, light inaudible marks, a little background crackle. VG Very Good: Some light pops clicks, light visible scratches. Still listenable and Visually Pleasing , However it is visually and audibly USED G Good: Used with Poor Audible Quality Shipping Information- Item will be Bubblewrapped and Secured in Cardboard for Safe transit.
