I have used the Record Collector's grading system and have rated the vinyl as Near Mint, it has been played once. The Cover and Insert are also Near Mint. There is a slight fold that's visible on the inside cover from the record and there is a small tear to the top of one of the paper inserts.
Note - Record is from a smoke free home and will be cleaned with my ultrasonic HumminGuru cleaner, prior to sending out.
