Description
The Kinks - Lola versus Powerman and the Moneygoround - Rare 1st UK Pressing - Pye blue label 1970.

Condition:
Record: VG+/EX-. A few light marks not affecting play. Sounds great and sits nice and flat on turntable.
Gatefold Cover: VG. As it's made of very matt white card, the cover looks faintly grubby with age and handling. There is a small (2cm) sellotape mark in the top left corner. This carries over to the inner gatefold about 1cm. There is a small red mark on the left side of the inner gatefold. However it's as good an example of the original cover that's likely to be found. See photos. Spine nice and perfectly legible.
Labels: VG+. Minimal spindle marks. Small loss of colour mark on side 1 label. See photos.
Inner Sleeve: VG. Generic white sleeve as issued.
This is a nice copy of a rare record which will only increase in value with time.

All records are from an extensive private collection (in a non-smoking home).
I have been collecting records for over 40 years and go by the "Record Collector" grading system.
As I need to thin out my collection, I will be listing a lot of very rare and collectible records in the coming weeks / months so check back regularly or add me to your "favourite sellers" to get notifications.
All have been extremely well looked after and played infrequently (if at all!) on a high quality turntable.
Covers have been protected in 400g polythene sleeves (and will be shipped in one).
Where any doubt exists, records are play tested with a high quality turntable/cartridge.
I will always attempt to mention any defects. However please zoom in on the photographs to have a clearer idea of the record and sleeve condition.
Returns will only be accepted in the unlikely event that the item is not as described.
Records will be carefully packaged in high quality custom mailers and marked "Fragile - Please Do Not Bend".
Records and inner sleeves will be packed outside the main cover to avoid ringwear damage in transit.
I sometimes re-use quality packaging materials to reduce costs and environmental impact.
Buy more than one item and save with combined postage. However, in this case, please wait for a combined invoice before making payment.
Two or three records can usually post for the same cost as one.
Please note: I will not profit on postage costs and do not add charges for packaging.
