CONDITION

Disc

Labels: EXCELLENT +

A clean & unfaded pair showing just a small number of faint, well-aimed spindle marks around each unworn centre hole.

Visual: EXCELLENT+

Both playing surfaces are perfectly clean and retain all of their 'as new' deep-gloss shine. In fact, apart from three light, non-feelable fingernail scuffs over track 1 of side 1, the disc is unmarked in strong daylight. Even close examination directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp fails to reveal anything more than a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines but no scratches at all. Both side of this quality heavy disc lie 100% flat on the turntable when playing.

Sound Quality: EXCELLENT

This fine sounding copy has received just minimal careful play on good equipment and every track is completely unworn and free from any trace of groove/playwear distortion. My single careful play-check detected a touch of light background between tracks and in a few of the quieter passages, but there are no heavy clicks, pops or other such major distractions on this fresh and warm sounding copy which will not disappoint.

Cover: VERY GOOD +

This impossibly fragile cover is fully intact and in very respectable shape considering its age & delicate construction. The thin front leaf is clean & flat with a few light bends and a small section of missing laminate along the lower edge, but no tears to any edge. The rear panel is just as clean but again has some small sections of missing laminate along the left and upper edges. There is also a repaired 3.5cm tear in the lower right corner.

The inside of the gatefold is bright and unworn although there is some evidence in places of some removed tape around the edges which once protected the outer edges.

All seams of the rear pocket are smooth & unstressed and the spine is fully worded with minor wear at each end, but all the wording is undamaged.

Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT

Clean & flat with a few gentle storage wrinkles and slight age-toning, but no writing, seam splits or tears.
