“Chastisment”
Rare original 1972 US Blue Thumb Records first pressing vinyl LP housed in gatefold sleeve. A very nice original copy of this classic album.
Highly influential early 70s group. This is a brilliant politically charged poetry / free jazz funk / afrobeat gem……Don’t miss it !

Year Of Release: 1972
Cat.No. BTS 39

Condition:
The vinyl is in very clean VG+ condition with a few light surface brush marks and superficial wispy hairlines which don’t impact on the playing. Both sides play loud and clear throughout. The original gatefold sleeve has a small deletion cut near the bottom right corner, two neatly repaired small splits on the top rear seam and faint writing on the inside of gatefold, otherwise is in solid VG+ condition.
A very nice original first US pressing of this great and highly regarded early LP by the justly legendary The Last Poets.
