Description

I use the record collector grading system of Bad / Poor / Good (G) / Very Good / Excellent / Mint.
Please see below for grading details.
I also use a + or a - for grades that I consider slightly better or worse.
A VG disc on this site will not be is nasty condition like many sellers.
All records are sent out in plastic covers.
THE MANISH BOYS.
I PITY THE FOOL / TAKE MY TIP.
ORIGINAL 1965 PARLOPHONE UK  7" SINGLE - R 5250.
One of the rarest UK David Bowie records to locate.
This example is far from perfect, A top example will cost over £3000 nowadays if you can find one.
The only example listed on Discogs is in VG+ condition but is missing its centre, this is priced at £2890.00.
7XCE 18677-1 / 7XCE 18678-1 matrix numbers.
The Record / G- / Good Minus condition.
The disc has lots of surface marks and surface wear. The record still plays without skips or jumps but does have a fair amount of surface crackle under the music. Please do not purchase this if you are a fussy buyer who needs top condition items. Please see my feedback.
Please understand this record is graded a low Good- / G minus condition!
The Labels / VG condition. Some age wear but no bad faults.
The Cover/ VG condition. Original Parlophone cover in decent shape.
The disc is now housed a a new polylined cover that is not seen in the pictures. .................................................................................
I USE THE UK GRADING SYSTEM BELOW.
Mint - as new and in perfect condition.
Excellent - A real nice example with light wear only. An EX disc will play great and the cover will be very nice too.
Very Good - The disc will have light surface wear and some light marks. The record will still play very well but may have some surface sound and a little crackle as this is graded as VG. The cover will have some creasing and storage age wear.  The disc and cover will have no very serious faults. A VG disc and cover will also not be perfect!
Good / G condition - The disc will have very visible surface wear and light marks with some deeper marks. The cover will show much age wear and will not be the best example! The record will still play but will have surface sound and ticks etc.
Fair - This will be a tatty example of both disc and cover. The record will play with surface sound and noise. The cover will look tatty from age and storage wear.
Bad / Poor -This will be a badly worn example of both record and cover. The disc may jump or play with much surface sound. I would rarely sell an item like this.
Thanks for looking.
