The Malibus. Gee Baby (I Love You)/ Whats This Coming.
Label - Sure-Shot. No. #SS-5028
On the dead wax - SS-5028-A and SS-5028-B there is also a circle with a 1 in it and a > after the A and B
The SS before the catalogue number and the lower case (I Love You) would indicate that this is a Unofficial version apparently. Upper case (I LOVE YOU) and no SS indicating an original version.
None the less a nice record to own after it was stored from 1984 up until now for sale so not over played at all.
The audio is known for its heavy bottom end production on this record and it all goes to make up the sound and atmosphere of the tune. The audio is otherwise bright with no major issues. There are a few pops but not nothing too offensive. Both A and B sides play well. The vinyl is bright. There are some minor scuffs but these shouldn't worry you too much either. To be really critical there is a single slight warp as you can see as the record turns. Only a mm or so. It does not cause the needle to skip or jump on my Technics SL-D2 deck at all.
The label has no pen marks or sticker marks.
The sleeve is a generic cardboard with plastic inner.
