Description

My beloved copy of The Mars Volta's 2004 album "Frances The Mute" - IMO, their best record. An absolute masterpiece.
Original release info: "Strictly limited to 1000 copies for mailorder ONLY! This combines GSL95 and GSL96 releases (Frances the Mute triple LP AND Frances the Mute/The Widow 12" single) - total of four (4) 12" records inside their standard printed jackets, pressed on GLOW IN THE DARK vinyl. Housed in a custom-made, embossed red vinyl "hood" to match the characters in the LP cover image. Not available elsewhere, and will not be re-pressed"
I purchased this direct from the Gold Standard Laboratories website in 2005 (alongside a Locusts EP, a First World Future LP and a t-shirt - all of which I still have to this day, including the t-shirt which is sporting many holes).
LP, sleeve and vinyl "hood" in mint condition.
Artwork etched on the F-side of the vinyl.

All sides end in locked grooves, meant to keep the album's segues and "Cassandra Gemini" intact.
