You are looking at 7" vinyl single Wax Simulacra/Pulled to Bits by The Mars Volta
This is a bit of an oddity. From my research, this single was released only as a picture disc on 7" vinyl (aside from a promo press which had the same track on both sides). This has the same run-out code as the picture disc but doesn't have the picture - instead it is printed just plain white with a thin yellow line running through the centre on both sides.
Is this a mis-press? I can't be sure but it has all the hallmarks of one. I certainly can't find anything like this anywhere, so it has some real rarity value.

I have played the single and describe the condition as "Very Good", being defined as:
"The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch"
It comes in a see-through plastic sleeve
