Description
This is Michigan female R&B singing group The Marvelettes performing "Please Mr. Postman" on Tamla TM 228 from 1961. This mono record looks and plays in NM condition. The jacket is NM but is very close to MINT. It looks like stain from a price tag up in the top right corner. This is the only defect keeping me from rating this jacket MINT. This album comes in a clear, resealable, poly-vinyl protective sleeve. Price guides suggest a valuation of $400 to $600 for a NM copy. You can own this NM copy for the low end of that valuation. Also included is a 6-page magazine article on the Marvelettes including a discography.
