The Masters Apprentices ~ Nickelodeon **orig Australian Heavy Guitar psych NICE
Description
The Masters Apprentices ~ Nickelodeon (Columbia Records) Australia 1972
Here is a very nice original copy of this rare Australian Lp. The last release from this great band ...and as it turns out, the most difficult of their albums to find. When found these usually are in less than ideal condition. Not the case with this one The record is visually just short of a NM grade with only several obscure marks seen under bright light. There is a faint blemish of sorts right at the start of side two that causes some crackle at the quiet intro of that track. The rest of the record plays absolutely super ...as new. The lables are beautiful with only some minor spindle marks(mostly on side 2) seen when holding the record at an angle. Incidently ...the production on this album is fantastic. The recording engineer was certainly at the top of his game. The ambient production, snare sound, guitar sound ...and over all mix blows away most of the famous "live" releases from any era. This album will make your stereo system sing! The fragile white laminated jacket is VG+ only light signs of wear...as well as some light age spots around on the back side. Additionally there is a small pen marking at the upper left corner of the back side. (Please view the supersized photos) This is a manditory album for any heavy psych collection. ************************************************High bidder can be sure that this lp will be well packed in a thick square edged record mailer, with the record seperated from it's jacket to prevent any seam-splitting in transit. (unless the record is still sealed) If it is still sealed, I will pack it snug to keep it from moving around. If you wish me to open it, please let me know.
