Up for bid is a rare LP, the self title release by The Meters. This is an original 1969 pressing, released by Josie (JOS 4010). LP is VG+, with some light scuffs and light scratches per side. Interior labels are very clean, with a deep groove on either side. LP retains a nice gloss. There is some surface noise (crackle, tics, and some pops). Jacket is VG+, with no seam splits. There are some splits in the shrink along the top and bottom seams (from the mouth toward the spine), and the exposed part of these seams show some wear. The tips of the top and bottom left corners have pierced the shrink. All corners show corner wear. Jacket retains bright coloring. Don't miss this rare gem! We will pack this securely for safe delivery - this will be a little heavy due to the inserts we put in the LP mailer. Domestic delivery will be via USPS media mail including a tracking number.
