Original USA 7" EP issued in 1979 by Plan 9 Records (PL 1011).

First Pressing, Complete With "Misfits Fiend Club" Insert !!

Sleeve is in VG+ Condition (has some creasing, see pics).

Vinyl is in VG++ Condition.
