This is a legitimate, official reissue of the album released by Caroline Records (under Capitol Records).
This was released in 2020. It features a glossy, double-sided inner sleeve with liner notes. It is the official 17-track version of the 1978 recording session. The 0017046752015 UPC and "675201" catalog number correspond to authorized reissues distributed by Caroline. 
Although preowned, the album cover is in its original cellophane wrap, and has been kept in a plastic record protector, leaving it in mint condition.
