M-: Opened, appears new
EX: Very few light sleeve marks, no scratches, glossy, like new
VG+: Few light sleeve marks or few light scratches not affecting play, still glossy and clean
VG: Several scratches on both sides, may have some noise
VG-: Many scratches, not glossy, probably some noise
G: Many scratches and possible skips
P: Beat
