Be sure to look at my other auctions!  I have many great titles for sale this week.

Artist: The Modern Jazz Disciples
Title: Right Down Front
Label/Catalog #: New Jazz 8240
Mono/Stereo: Mono
Details: Promo stamp on back cover.  First pressing with wide deep groove labels, small ring on side 2 with AB etched. RVG stamp. Ultrasonic cleaned.

Record condition: EX/NM. Superb condition! There is one light mark on the first track which hardly affects play, perhaps a light tick or two which may or may not be due to the scratch itself. The rest of side 1 looks NM and side 2 looks NM. Play graded in full at EX. This plays wonderfully from beginning to end, the slightest ticks and crackle are hardly worth mentioning. Awesome album too, actually my first time hearing it and I’m tempted to keep it. My loss is your gain!

Cover:  VG+. Has corner wear and small tape on corners. Small writing and two stickers on back. Otherwise it’s bright white and unblemished with mostly clean seams. Preview Copy stamp on back.

Labels: See photos

Record Grading Scale:

M-  ESSENTIALLY A BRAND NEW RECORD, BUT HAS BEEN OPENED.

NM THE RECORD IS IMMACULATE, NEARLY PERFECT WITH THE SURFACE RETAINING FULL GLOSS AND NO SURFACE SCRATCHES

NM- THE RECORD SURFACE RETAINS A HIGH GLOSS, PERHAPS ONE OR TWO EXTREMELY FAINT MARKS, STILL EXTREMELY CLEAN

EX   ESSENTIALLY A NM- SOUNDING COPY, BUT MIGHT SHOW A SMALL NUMBER OF VERY FINE SURFACE MARKS.  STILL VERY CLEAN VISUALLY AND DYNAMIC AUDIBLY.

VG++ THE RECORD RETAINS MUCH OF ITS ORIGINAL SHINE, FEW LIGHT SURFACE MARKS AND OR LIGHT SCRATCHES MAY BE NOTED ON FAIRLY CLOSE EXAMINATION

VG+ THE RECORD STILL RETAINS SOME SHINE, SURFACE MARKS & SCRATCHES MAY OCCUR BUT ARE LIMITED AND TEND TO BE MODERATE TO LIGHT.  RECORD WILL PLAY VERY WELL WITH VERY LIGHT SURFACE NOISE MOSTLY HEARD DURING A QUIET PASSAGE.

VG  AVERAGE USED RECORD FROM HEAVY ROTATION, MAY HAVE STARTED TO LOSE ORIGINAL SHINE, SOME OBVIOUS SURFACE MARKS AND/OR SURFACE SCRATCHES WHICH MAY CAUSE SURFACE SOUNDS, ESPECIALLY IN SOFT PASSAGES

VG-  THE RECORD HAS BEEN PLAYED SEVERAL TIMES, THE VINYL MAY APPEAR DULL, MAY HAVE LOTS OF TINY MARKS OR SURFACE SCRATCHES WHICH MAY BE FELT, SURFACE MARKS MAY BE HEAVY AND SURFACE NOISE MAY BE NOTICEABLE THROUGHOUT
