One of the classic undiscovered albums of the early '80s! Both Morrissey and Johnny Marr of The Smiths were influenced by the Monochrome Set, with Marr even stating that without them, the Smiths wouldn't have existed! ### The Vinyl Record is described as Excellent in condition. There are a reasonable number of extremely fine hairlines & sleeve marks on each side of the record, none of which are feelable. Plays with below average background. The Cover is described as Very Good Plus. The cover has been expertly taped along the spine, top edge & bottom edge. Even with the white tape, I have still graded this as Very Good Plus as it is structurally strong. A few half-cm tears along the opening edge. Some ring wear & dark scuffs on the surfaces. Light discoloration along the bottom right & rear opening edge. Some creasing to the corners. Please see attached photos & message me Henry Butler with any queries......
