let me give my 2 cents worth here - how many records from 1970 are you going to find in shape like this...Records like this - I am listing quite a few are going to soar in price like this in the next 10 years.. Happened in the baseball card market - MINT and RARE (Sealed) like this is only getting tougher to find. Anyway just my 2cents..
GRADE (COVER): - Factory Sealed - Never Opened

MY GRADING IS AS FOLLOWS:
- (Factory Sealed) - Never Opened
- (Near Mint) - No Visible defect to record
- (EX+) Very close to being Near Mint - Hardly any signs of wear to record
- (VG+) Vinyl has slight scuffs and slight scratches that has very little effect on listening quality.
- (VG) Vinyl shows clear signs of use. Scuffs and light scratches that may cause surface noise.
- (G) Acceptable condition. Vinyl shows significant wear and has many surface scratches that will effect play.
